This is better than Pink Floyd's The Wall, you say? I had to listen to that. So sure did I and...
Boy, oh, boy! I just couldn't help but wish I had some of that stuff you were smoking when you found it to be the best concept album ever. I might deserve a medal or something for getting through it.
Other than that, great post. You got me all pumped up about "Quadrophenia." Too bad I just wanted to drown myself while listening to it.
Thanks for reading my post! It's okay if you don't like "Quadrophenia" and prefer "The Wall." They're both great albums. I picked up the new reissue of Pink Floyd's album, "Live at Pompeii" and have been listening to it all week. I plan on getting the new blu-ray of the film of it soon. Have you heard/seen this new reissue yet?
Hey, Jim, last week I was updating and polishing all of my Pink Floyd discography when I stumbled upon the Live in Pompeii. I had never listened to it before, but feel in love with it right away. What a trippy gig that must have been. Long sigh. I haven't watched the movie yet, but I plan to soon. I'll make sure I'm in the right zone before watching it.
As for Quadrophenia, I hope I can forget it soon. Otherwise I'll have to see my therapist.
Thanks for reading my post! Yes, I hope more people discover this great album too. As I said in my post, I listen to the album often and every time I do I hear something new in the audio production and music.

Don't hate me.

Love this album. Hope more people listen to it because of this post.
It’s a fantastic record, which in terms of both ambition and achievement, absolutely leaves ‘Tommy’ in the dust. Not that it’s a competition…
